Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the mixing, engineering, or production services. No final files will be delivered until full payment has been received.

Deadlines

Projects will be completed according to a mutually agreed deadline. While every effort will be made to meet deadlines, changes to the timeline cannot always be guaranteed due to the nature of the work.

Payment Method

All payments are to be made via bank transfer. Payment details will be provided with the invoice.

Data Storage

Once the final deliverables have been sent and received by the client, the mixing engineer is no longer responsible for storing or archiving any project data. Clients are advised to back up all files upon receipt.

Cancellation

Once a project has started, the full project fee remains payable, regardless of whether the client chooses to continue with or complete the project.
